Create a saved inbox view
Open Inbox, select the filter control beside the queue status, and choose Create saved view. You can combine status, channel, priority, assignment, intent or category, customer tag, and response-target state. A personal view is visible only to its creator. Workspace managers can make a view shared so the whole team uses the same operating queue.
Saved views never cross workspaces. Opening a conversation from a saved view keeps the active view in place, so you can work through the queue without rebuilding the filters.
Coordinate without duplicate replies
When a teammate opens a conversation, klaxify shows their name and whether they are viewing or composing. This is live coordination context; a temporary connection issue never blocks ticket work.
Select Follow in the conversation header to keep the ticket in your Following queue. In an internal note, use the @ control to mention a teammate. The mentioned teammate automatically follows the conversation, and the note remains private to your workspace.
Update several conversations safely
Select the checkboxes beside conversations to assign, tag, change priority, close, restore, mark as spam, or mark unread in one operation. klaxify validates every selected conversation against the current tenant before applying any change and records each update in the audit history.
Configure response and resolution targets
Workspace managers can open Settings, then Business hours and service targets. Configure the workspace timezone, business-day start and end, response target, and resolution target.
When enabled, time is counted only inside the configured business window. The inbox distinguishes:
- Response on track — the latest customer message is still inside the response target.
- Target at risk — at least 80% of a configured target has elapsed.
- Target breached — a response or resolution target has elapsed.
- Waiting on customer — the latest public reply came from the team.
- Resolved — the conversation is closed.
These are internal service targets. klaxify does not describe them as a contractual SLA unless your organization has separately established one.
